Altifolio is being built with a local-first approach: core aviation records should remain useful without requiring a cloud account as the starting point.
Effective August 30, 2026. Altifolio is currently in development. We will update this policy before public app distribution to reflect every enabled service accurately.
Who we are
Altifolio is a registered alternate name of Mit2fit LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. This policy describes how Mit2fit LLC handles information through the Altifolio website and, when released, the Altifolio application.
The Altifolio website
You can browse this website without creating an account. We do not sell personal information. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information—such as IP address, browser type, request time, and pages requested—to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose reliability.
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, provide support, and maintain appropriate business records.
The Altifolio app
Altifolio is designed so that core logbook, profile, flight, endorsement, and supporting-record information can be stored on your device. The app will not treat incomplete or inferred information as authoritative aviation truth.
When you choose to export, share, back up, synchronize, or request a signature, information may leave your device through the service or recipient you select. The final app policy will identify any Apple services or optional cloud features that are enabled at release.
Information we do not sell
We do not sell or rent your flight records, endorsements, identity details, or contact information. We do not use private pilot records for advertising profiles.
Service providers
We use service providers only where needed to operate Altifolio, such as website hosting, email delivery, or Apple platform services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
Website support correspondence and business records are retained only as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and operational purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use proportionate safeguards and minimize unnecessary collection.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you sent directly to us, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Device-stored app records will be managed through app controls, exports, and device backups as applicable.
Children
Altifolio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
Changes
We may update this policy as Altifolio develops. The effective date above will change when a revised policy is posted.
